Sterling Income has created a two-step process to provide investors favorable asset protection while simultaneously giving the opportunity for smaller investors to pool their funds to access larger deals and provide diversification. Sterling Income forms a Singapore Based LLC with a select number of limited partners each purchasing a number of shares at $USD30,000. A holding company in the Netherlands is then created to provide additional asset and tax advantages that is 100% owned by the Singapore LLC. This corporation then buys the Real property asset in the USA. Sterling Income is retained by the Dutch corporation to provide asset management, property management and final sale at the end of the investment. Through a performance based compensation plan Sterling's Interests are aligned with that of the limited partners.
