Sterling's partners have a strong history as both principals and investors in real estate, banking, finance and marketing. Our experience combines many years of working with both the blue collar demographic and also the Hispanic community customer base that is often overlooked by traditional banking.
Our core focus is the acquisition of residential real estate, in concentrated blue collar or Hispanic markets, which are acquired at deep discounts. The company then converts these properties, through its targeted marketing and sales, into income producing assets. In order to achieve maximum investor returns and also homeowner value, the company has created a unique owner-financing package that matches buyer income with affordable monthly payments, at often less than equivalent rental rates. Our in-house servicing team manages loan payments, insurance, pay-off statement requests, taxes, general administration, and customer service.
